In order to effectively implement projects within the European Union Strategy for the Danube Region and following the recommendations of the European Commission, public-private partnerships are essential links to contribute to a successful implementation of projects.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs initiated a public-private partnership with World Trade Institute Bucharest in June 2010. This partnership has proved its added value and shall be continued and adapted to the dynamics of European developments.
The partners both organized and participated in a series of successful events together with stakeholders from all the riparian countries, managing to significantly contribute to a more substantive cooperation, effective coordination and concrete results.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Council of Danube Cities and Regions, Steinbeis Transfer Centre East-West Joint Ventures, World Trade Institute Bucharest reinforced their commitment to develop their relations of cooperation in order to continue to provide a coherent integrated platform of dialogue and networking for all actors involved in the implementation of the EU Strategy for the Danube region.
